The Bourbon Liberty Series is part of the ‘Marine Reporter & Engineering News’ ranking as "Great Ship of the Year 2009" (December 2009 issue). This ranking includes all the most outstanding vessels built worldwide in 2009.

January 2010 - Bourbon Liberty 222: the sixteenth AHTS delivered
The sixteenth of the Bourbon Liberty series has been delivered from the Sinopacific Dayang shipyard on January 11th, 2010. The construction rhythm continues on schedule.
January 2010 - Bourbon Liberty 218 testing session confirms the Bollard Pull value of the Bourbon Liberty series.
The first tests of the 200 series had been recorded a bollard pull of nearly 85 tons, even though only 80 tons were specified in the contract. This value was confirmed during Bourbon Liberty 218 testing session, where recording of the continuous static bollard: 84.7 tons and the maximum bollard pull: 86 tons.
November 2009 - Bourbon Liberty 100 and 200: already 28 ships delivered
The construction of the last Bourbon Liberty on 76, 22 PSV and 54 AHTS, by end 2011, continues on schedule.
