January 2010 - Bourbon Liberty 218 testing session confirms Bollard Pull value of the Bourbon Liberty series.

The first tests of the 200 series had been recorded a bollard pull of nearly 85 tons, even though only 80 tons were specified in the contract.
This value was confirmed during Bourbon Liberty 218 testing session, where recording of the continuous static bollard: 84.7 tons and the maximum bollard pull: 86 tons.

BOURBON through its Brazilian subsidiary Bourbon Offshore Maritima, formerly Delba Maritima Navegação, deployed 8 Bourbon Liberty for Petrobras.
